QStock Inventory
Qtock Inventory provides a cost effective extension to QuickBooks that combines ease of use with a state of the art warehouse management system designed to be used in a real-time wireless environment or a batch mode for those that want to walk before they run. QStock utilizes wireless handheld scanners, bar code printers and other devices to provide real-time updates for your inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, receiving, put-away, picking and shipping. Standard barcodes can be scanned and printed using radio frequency technology.
The real-time monitoring console provides access to real-time and historic warehouse information providing a powerful tool for financial and warehouse managers to make informed and efficient decisions and take action inside and outside of the warehouse.
The intuitive wireless bar code scanners allow the warehouse staff to efficiently complete their daily tasks in an organized environment and in far less time than a manual system ever afforded them. You will tighten the controls in your warehouse by using QStock Inventory to maintain better inventory accuracy and minimize write-downs and write-offs while meeting warehouse performance objectives and various compliance requirements of your customers.

HighJump WMS (Accellos/Radio Beacon)
HighJump WMS acts as the hub of your supply chain solution, integrating accounting/order and shipping software systems, electronic data interchange (EDI) systems, Crystal Reports software, radio frequency and barcode hardware, and warehouse automation equipment.
Accounting / ERP
HighJump WMS integrates with various accounting/financial systems, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft Business Solutions: Great Plains, Solomon, Navision, Axapta
- Sage Software: MAS 90/200, MAS 500, Platinum for Windows
- SAP Business One
- Exact Software: MacolaES
- TecSys: Winsol
The accounting system maintains order, product, customer and vendor data and downloads it to One Warehouse, while One Warehouse maintains inventory data and uploads it to the accounting system.
Shipping Systems
With varying levels of integration, HighJump WMS interfaces with shipping systems such as ClipperShip, UPS Worldship, FedEx, Starship, Canpar and Purolator. One Warehouse sends order, carton, addressee and tracking data to the shipping system and receives back carrier, service, and shipment cost data, which it then passes on to the accounting system.
Crystal Reports
HighJump WMS interfaces with Crystal Reports to print bills of lading, invoices, packslip and other documentation on laser printers. Web Dispatch’s Reports module also displays custom-defined Crystal reports.
EDI Systems
HighJump WMS generates all data required in standard advance shipping notices (ASNs) in standard EDI format.
RF / Wireless Devices
HighJump WMS interfaces with Motorola / Symbol and Intermec handheld access points and handheld computers/barcode scanners used by warehouse staff to record movements of stock into, out of and inside the warehouse. Handheld clients connect to the One Warehouse server via Telnet sessions.
Barcode Label Printers
HighJump WMS interfaces with Zebra and Intermec barcode printers to print product labels, bin labels, and shipping and courier labels, among many others.
Warehouse Automation Equipment
HighJump WMS assists in materials handling by integrating with various types of equipment used in the warehouse, such as scales, cubing machines, conveyor belts, and carousels.
