UCSF Medical CenterAbout 10 years ago I was looking for devices.  I called several companies requesting information on the types of devices I needed.  At MSA Systems, you and Shadi demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the devices and products for which I was interested.  In today’s market there are a lot of competitors, and which one of the competitors will be able to provide the desired service requires some research.  My support experience with the MSA System has been outstanding.  I rarely need support, but whenever I do, I can rely on MSA System for their knowledge to point me in the right direction toward a solution. The support I have received is always prompt.  I can count on the service and I consider you part of my team.  In my most recent experience, I had technical questions regarding MC 75A telephonic technology of which I had little knowledge.  MSA provided me with information and a solution that fit my organization’s needs.  The MSA system provides me with outstanding and professional technical support and excellent customer service.  When I request a quote, it is expedited and at an unbeatable price compared to the competition.  I have always been treated like first-class customer based on organizations demands and urgency of the service I am requesting, so, I have to say the customer service and account manager are excellent (Christi is awesome), and without being prejudiced I certainly have to say it is a nine.
