Mobile computers are typically key-based, DOS-programmable, and can perform terminal emulation, although Windows-based touch-screen models and Win CE/Pocket PC models are available. These terminals are strictly for use with radio frequency systems. Ruggedized for heavy industrial of a handheld scanner tethered to the unit.
