Mobile Computers

Mobile Computers are the most widely used data collection devices, and are available with an integrated 1D or 2D laser scanner. These terminals are character-based and most are DOS compatible, allowing for programming in languages such as C, C++ or Basic. With software, Radio Frequency versions can emulate the screens and prompts of your host system. Also, Windows CE and Windows Mobile operating systems are available in select terminals. Portable terminals are best utilized in applications where the operator needs to be mobile such as receiving, putaway, picking and packing operations, shipping, inventory management, and asset tracking.
