Title Principal Engineer
Job Duties Conduct leading-edge research and development activities related to wireless communications and networking. Responsible for investigation, specification, prototyping, implementation and optimization of algorithms to be applied in area such as radio resource management, real-time transmission, RF Propagation and quality of service control in wireless networks. Develop research concepts that lead to product development and/or standardization related to the medium access control (MAC) layer of IEEE 802.11. Require knowledge of networking layer related to broadband wireless technology such as WCDMA, UMTS, LTE and 802.11.Analyze and optimize the network performance based on Ec/No values of the specific coverage sites, configuring the Node Bs based on design criteria. Collect and analyze network performance statistics, make day to day technical improvement recommendation incorporating design changes, fine tuning, feature activation and drive testing schedules and verifications. Use tools such as Actix, Planet, and Asset 3G, ACP, TEMS for large-scale network simulations and design/optimization of wireless network. 
Job Requirements BSEE + 5 years progressive experience in job duties.

Title Jr. Account Executive
Job Duties  This position would be reporting directly to the Director of Sales. This                       position will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships                           directly with decision makers and influencers responsible for Supply Chain,                 Mobile Computing, and Warehouse Operations. As a part of a well knit,                       cohesive sales and account management team, the Account Executive will                 work closely and collaboratively with the client services, business                               development, and product teams to close new accounts, build new revenue                 streams and deliver best of breed customer service. The Account Executive                 will play a key role in opening a new channel of business for MSA , driving                   revenue and implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product                         needs. As a key member of the sales and account management team the                   Account Executive will also be responsible for educating direct advertisers                   about all aspects of our next generation tools and how they can be                             leveraged to solve their goals and objectives.
Job Requirements 
  •  BA in Marketing, Business, Communications and or related field. 
  •  1-2 years Experience in the Sales Industry, (Hardware or Software                               PREFERRED). 
  •  Go Getter and Self Motivater a must. 
  •  EXTENSIVE COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE A MUST!!!! You must love the                  phone! 
  •  Demonstrable background in developing relationships at multiple levels                      within the organization. 
  •  Self-starter capable of thriving in a corporate environment with the ability to                  close with strategic deals. 
  •  Strong relationship building and customer services skills.
